Warn somebody to 100%

1. Have a conversation with someone. Make sure its a long one.
2. Warn them to the max (35%)
3. Now sign off AIM and re-sign back on.
4. Repeat steps 1-3.

*Note* this will kick them off and they will not be able to sign on AIM for about a day.
